Michael Horner is the founder and owner of The Neapolitan. He grew up learning the importance of his Sicilian heritage from his mother's side. His ancestors immigrated to New Jersey via Ellis Island and opened an Italian deli on the boardwalk.
Inspired by trips to Italy, a decade dining and developing recipes in New York City, and a passion for all things pizza, Michael is thrilled to bring his homemade Neapolitan pizza dough and sauces to Santa Fe.
